Our Mission

We are the Tufts Alt Protein Project, a student-group supported by the Good Food Institute looking to accelerate the alternative protein ecosystem on campus. Our goal is to promote sustainable, ethical, and innovative alternatives to traditional animal-based products. 

Our Priorities
