Awareness

Certain alternative proteins, such as tofu or tempeh, have been around for centuries. However, foods such as Impossible Burgers, precision-fermented whey, and cultivated chicken are far more recent. One of our top priorities is to increase education surrounding alternative proteins from the science behind their creation to all of the regulatory challenges involved with their approval. 

How do we do this?

As you will notice, all of our events have an educational component involved. We love to host guest speakers to provide our members with information straight from the experts.
